Job Title: Head of Strategy and Marketing
Reports to: EVP Banking
Location: North America preferred

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly experienced and innovative Head of Strategy and Marketing to lead our company's strategic planning and marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining our strategic plan and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and expand our market reach. As a member of the leadership team, you will have the unique opportunity to draw on your knowledge to help shape the client's future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term strategic goals and plans to achieve business objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges
• Create business cases for organic and inorganic growth opportunities
• Lead the marketing team in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across channels (digital, social media, events, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development and sales efforts
• Analyze and report on market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, drive competitive advantage and anticipate customer needs
• Develop and manage marketing budgets to achieve (maximize) ROI goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and vendors
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing and strategy leadership roles (experience in core areas of marketing such as customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, CLM pricing)
• 5+ years of highly relevant experience in the Banking financial industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies (achieving marketing-driven profit growth)
• Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and performance metrics
• Excellent leadership and team management skills (Proven ability to lead and motivate multinational teams)
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• Ability to travel

Nice to Have:
• MBA or advanced degree in a related field
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Certification in marketing or a related field (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics)
